The Believe in the Youth Mentoring program by Young & Building (YNB) provides youth with something positive to commit to. This program objective is to to boost the students' social and emotional development and increase academic achievement, through an authentic and caring relationship.

The believe in the youth mentorship program, takes a three-step approach toward student engagement.

These main objectives aim to enhance attendance, improve citizenship, and encourage academics as a gateway to financial success. Report is gained through representation of students, interest, and combination with school responsibilities.

This program imprints a sense of community with participants and mentors to draw correlation on how accomplishing goals in school assist in accomplishing goals in life. Students are taught how to manufacture, sale, and market their own merchandise.
